The Chicago South Loop Neighborhood is within MLS area 8033 – Near South Side.  As a result of the of its close proximity to the Chicago Loop, Lake Michigan, and Grant Park, the area has enjoyed steady growth and popularity.  A short drive north, south, or west takes you to Grant park/Chicago Loop, Chicago’s Chinatown, or the up and coming Chicago West Loop, respectively.
