• Direct the course of the company, which includes budgeting, strategic planning, and management of 90 agents and eleven administrative staff for three offices, Lakeview, West Loop, and South Loop.
• Century 21 S.G.R. is a technologically advanced firm and has recently implemented a new network system, increased the speed of internet services through DSL, and has procured high quality printing devices. Continuously keeping abreast of technology and updating our equipment and knowledge regularly is vital to a successful office.
• Grow the business by bringing in new construction projects from single-family homes to a 97-unit hi-rise. The company has expanded by recruiting experienced agents, while developing novice agents who are mentored by senior agents.
• Recently opened the Century 21 S.G.R. Learning Center, which provides pre-licensing real estate classes (through CAR). The school enhances the reputation of the company in the real estate community and is beneficial to the recruitment of excellent agents to the company.

• Started Specialty Group Realty (S.G.R., Inc.) in 1989. Joined the Century21 system later that year. Built the firm from five agents to seventy.

    A prominent leader in the Century 21 Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region. Because of my efforts, the participating brokers joined forces to work out an advertising deal with the Chicago Tribune, whereby each office would receive Friday display ads as part of a two-page center spread in the real estate section.     In 2002 represented CAR and its interests in the international community. This included arranging for a trip to Thailand so that Chicago Realtors® could experience the Asian culture, exchange real estate information between Eastern and Western cultures by arranging a seminar between Thai Association of Realtor and CAR in Thailand.In 2003 traveled to Minneapolis/St Paul region with NAR President’s Liaison of Thailand to organize the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors which acts as ambassador to Thailand in real estate matters. Attendees learned how immigrants have contributed to the explosion of household ownership in the United States in recent years. Also, how and why foreign investment in the United States has increased exponentially over the last few years as investors capitalize on the stable U.S. real estate market.
  • Chairman of the Chicago International Real Estate Council in 2003/2004
    Organized an international transaction forum targeting the real estate trends in Eastern Europe and Western Europe. Both forums were very informative and a huge success.Currently in charge of the Eastern region of the United States and coordinating a seminar in Thailand on the Essentials of International Real Estate, along with NAR President’s Liaison from the West Coast. This seminar is a joint effort between the Thai Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The program runs from July 26 through August 1, 2004. Attendees will additionally be able to obtain the prestigious CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) at the seminar. A recent NAR study revealed that Realtors who earn the CIPS designation increase their business by at least twenty percent.
