Myra comes from a family whose core value is education. Originally from Thailand, her parents made Chicago their destination to further their education. Since she was a little girl, a natural born Chicagoan; her family stressed to her that true freedom of mind and body comes mainly from education.
In keeping with her upbringing, Myra has sought to improve her real estate skills from the start. After completing a rigorous one year internship with Century 21 S.G.R., Inc., Myra then completed her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation which consists of educational and production components.
At the present, Myra is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. The essential CCIM skill sets incorporate the knowledge of financial analysis market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. Only 6 percent of approximately 125,000 commercial real estate brokers nationwide hold this most recognized and esteemed designation. It is a mark of extreme competence and commitment. Concurrent with her pursuit of the CCIM, which she will complete in the winter of 2007, Myra is attending UIC’s Liautaud Graduate School of Business, studying the principles of Urban Real Estate and Land Economics.
Myra’s skill sets extend well beyond the cognitive reach of most realtors. She combines enormous energy with extraordinary interpersonal skills. Underpinning these basic character traits is a real estate knowledge portfolio few possess.
If you are looking for someone who can analyze commercial or residential acquisitions from an objective, mathematical viewpoint, Myra can offer this service. She can explain cash-on-cash return, internal rates of return, as well as the organic growth and decline patterns of neighborhoods. She has an uncanny eye for identifying emerging real estate investment opportunities. If you are looking for a realtor a cut above the rest, give Myra a call.
