Andrew is a graduate of Northeastern University with a B.A. in Spanish. He has been an elementary school teacher in Chicago for the past 30 years, but has always pursued his passion for real estate along the way. He has been involved in several condo conversions in Chicago and Schaumburg, while at the same time developing his own properties in Montreal, Canada and Chicago’s Ukrainian Village. Andrew is also familiar with older 2-16 unit buildings due to his experience as an owner and contractor.
