As a retired SFC, this is the mindset that shapes Tean’s real estate aspirations. He works tirelessly to give his clients comprehensive and accurate information upon which to make informed decisions.
Tean’s served 24 years in the Illinois National Guard, with one deployment in Iraq, where he was awarded the Bronze Star. When he returned to the states, Tean continued his military career as a firearms and tactics instructor, expanding his responsibilities later to Diversity Integration and Resiliency Training.
That later became Tean signature skill as denoted by his soldier's continuing use of the cognomen “Sargent” even after his retirement. Tean commitment to resiliency underlies his tireless work ethic that summarizes his commitment to clients. The “Sargent’s” skill impresses his clients as it still inspires his soldiers.
