She feels that being a real estate Broker is exciting because it provides an opportunity to work with clients by motivating and encouraging them as they take on the life decision of buying or selling their homes. She works diligently to deliver exceptional customer service and strives to ensure that her client experiences a sense of confidentiality, patience, flexibility, and open communication from her so they are aware of any and all updates every step of the way.

 

Patrice’s guiding imperative is that her clients feel secure and know they are not in this process alone. It was the reflection of Patrice’s own experience as a first-time home buyer that led her to real estate. Because she received such great service from the beginning of the home buying process to the close of her deal, it was in this transformative moment her passion to provide the same exceptional, world-class service to her real estate clients emerged. Whether working with first-time home buyers, veterans, or experienced homeowners, it is vital that she meets with every client to discuss their needs, as her client’s needs and goals are prioritized throughout the entire process.

Patrice was born and raised in Chicago and earned a B.S. in Family and Child Studies from Northern Illinois University, and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Chicago State University. It is through her 15-plus years of experience in Human Services and Education that she developed the skills to work well with people. She encourages them to identify their strengths and make great choices that will be essential to their life’s journey.
